Studentenes helse- og trivselsundersøkelse (SHoT)
SHoT is Norway’s largest survey on student health and wellbeing. It provides a comprehensive picture of how students are doing – mentally, physically, and socially – and how their situation changes over time. All full-time students in Norway, including international students and Norwegians studying abroad, are invited to participate. The survey is carried out by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health in collaboration with Sit, SiO, and Sammen. The results are used to improve services and initiatives that promote health, wellbeing, and a supportive learning environment for students across the country.
